Human resources development has been implemented at Finacont Kft. with the aid of European Union fund
Finacont Kft. participated in the tender of “Supporting job trainings at micro and small companies in the convergence region” announced as the part of New Széchenyi Plan and received a subsidy of almost ten million Hungarian Forints. A training program necessary for the operation of the company has been carried out in this project.
Three English language courses, communication training and computer skills development courses were accomplished in the project. English language courses were organized in line with the results of preliminary needs assessment and placement tests, therefore, our colleagues had the opportunity to develop their language skills according to their level of knowledge. 11 colleagues participated in English courses and all of them passed the final exam successfully. 22 colleagues took part in communication trainings with good results, while 10 more colleagues completed an excel training successfully.
The high-quality work and professionalism of the trainers and teachers ensured that our colleagues are able to effectively use what they have learned in their daily work.

During the project the controlling, “telework”, financial and accounting modules of SUP integrated accounting system, and SUP warehouse inventory system with procurement module were introduced and implemented. The overall implementation was undertaken by QSoft Kft., including the reconsidered project start-up, parameterizing, testing, training and the sharp start of the project. As a result of that, the implemented system provides up-to-date information to the management of the company as a support to decisions. The implementation of the project ensures the long-term, profitable operation of the company.
